      Helpful sales personnel without being pushy. We just had our custom England brand **** delivered and its great so far. Very comfortable and just what we were looking for. Easy home delivery experience too.

      Great experience from the sales person to the manager to the delivery team. Everyone showed professionalism, courtesy and were very informative. Furniture is of high quality and will definitely refer to family and friends.

      Very helpful in the store. Loved the 2 hour delivery windows and they were great with updates.Also, when they delivered, they assembled the recliner and then inspected/tested it. I have never had that level of attention to a product in a long time.

      The delivery of my new sofa was so easy. After the ****** men brought it into my home, they set it up. It's beatiful & exactly what I wanted for my livingroom.

      We purchased a custom fabric order love seat and It was delivered January 2025. The fabric is defective and not holding up to normal wear. We contacted the *************** a Tech came out and said yes it was worn in the seat, back and arm rest. The *************** closed the claim. We went to the store in *******, ** and left word with the store manager and sales associate along with pictures of the love seat. As of today we have not heard anything from the Wichita store. I've filed a complaint with the store and would like to have this problem solved. No new piece of furniture with good quality fabric wears out in only a few months. We would like to have this fabric replaced with a better quality fabric. But the store nor the solutions department are willing to work with us.

      The queen size mood base is perfect! We love how its adjustable and has the motion sensor lights underneath! A guy in the loading dock named ****** and his crew were very helpful and polite! ****** assured me that I would be happy with my purchase! Thank you *** Mills!
