Midwest Flooring installation came out and did an install in multiple rooms and installs seemed to go great until later. One of the rooms was for my spare bathroom that is not used unless I have guests or I would have known about the problem sooner. Anyway when doing the install the installer offered to put my toilet back on and I thought great that will save me money thanks (horrible mistake on my part). Anyway come to find out he must not have known how to install the toilet because the wax ring for the toilet drain must have been messed up during the reinstall and toilet water has been splashing out and now has gotten under the vinyl plank flooring and caused a huge issue. I think no problem let's call the flooring company because I have a 1 year warranty on the work. Nope they won't take responsibility for the work their guy did because the toilet re-install isn't on the work order and I guess the installer wasn't supposed to do it. Now the flooring in that room must be taken up, cleaned and then reinstalled. This need to be complete by Midwest flooring as it is not my fault that their installer did something he was not supposed to do and also did not do it properly. If he wasn't supposed to install the toilet he should not have done it. Midwest flooring is responsible for their employees mistake.

This company broke my fridge and then lied about breaking it to Lowes who we hired them through. This caused Lowes to not replace my fridge due to damage. The office manager called the workers while at my house and screamed at them. Then a supervisor came with the workers and told us it was our problem. When we tried to communicate to ********* we were scolded, interrupted, and told they wont try to compromise with us because they dont do that. We tried many times to communicate with ********* but she continued to be extremely unprofessional in all interactions we had with her. They scheduled the 2nd half of our install for Monday and didnt show. They wouldnt prioritize us or put us next on the list for install either after they missed our install date. Multiple attempts to figure this out with the company only resulted in us being out a fridge, out over 50 hours spent on waiting for them to correct their mistakes, and out thousands of dollars spent on the WORST customer service experience EVER. Please replace my fridge and finish the carpet install.
