      One star is being generous. DO NOT waste your money on this. I have tried for 4 months to get them to even review my claim and then they denied it saying it wasnt covered. Asked for a repair kit and I would do it myself and they dont offer that either. Truly garbage company.

      Furniture care protection are true scam artist, all they have done was lie!!! Please Do Not waste your money, they deny to fulfill their promises of cleaning, fixing and etc. I wish I could *** them for my money and for lying all the time( saying someone or my parts are coming, then I call them back and noone knows my a **** thing). Plus,they never call you back unless they're saying"denied."

      1 star is more than they deserve. Get charged 600 for them to beat around the bush on how they weren't going to cover it so I believe they are a fraudulent business

      Policy says it covers urine. I called the next morning when they opened when my cat had an accident on the couch. Sent 3 sets of photos including showing where the stain had seeped down into the feather *******. The manager called me a month later to tell me they don't cover smells and only stains and when the stain goes into the cushion or the core that is not covered. This is one of the biggest scams I have seen. Do not bother purchasing this policy from ****** they will just rip you off

      They took over 3 weeks to look over my pictures. Then when they attempted to reach back regarding my claim t took another 4 days to get in contact with one USELESS manager/representative. They said that because my 2 year old daughter drew on my couches with WASHABLE MARKER, while unattended for one second! It wasnt covered because of (MISUSE OF FURNITURE) it is honestly laughable. They are willing to replace a rip or tear from foreign objects even nail polis (or they say) But cannot send someone to clean washable market off sofa???? So I spent the entire day cleaning the couches myself. I would highly recommended buying a Bissel proheat little green spot cleaner my sofa looks as good as new

      FCP is a scam and waste of money. I was out of town and my dogs damaged couch which it clearly states is covered but since it was a few areas the denied claim. Im sure well see this scam warranty company on American Greed one day.

      This company does not stand behind their claims. We had a claim for multiple areas of damage and they said it clearly states that damage from accumulation is not covered. They will always find a way out of repairing your items..

      I read the reviews and the same denial came my way. Eli said damage was not an accident and that I said I didn't know what caused it. She was rude and distant and said she had recordings on my phone call when filing claim that was not true. I asked if I could listen to it so I could hear where I stated that I didn't know what happen to my table top. She just kept saying claim denied. Then I called again and Bryce was even worse. He informed me that it is denied because I should have filed the claim within 5 days of incident. OK I filed the 23rd of September and had to wait for them to call. Then he said denied because of accumulated extensive damage. I wanted him to help me understand that I let damage accumulate! Then he pointed out word extensive. Yes that is why I wanted them to fix the table that I paid for furniture care protection. They only cover accidents or damage you do which I did. He then stated normal people would understand what he was saying. He didn't answer my question directly and would bring up his terms making it sound like I was not one of those normal people he mentioned. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. I can say this Eli and Bryce are good at their job of saying denied and being rude. For the money you pay this company is not recommended.

      We filed a claim for two recliners we purchased from ****** Furniture and also purchased the "Furniture Care Protection Plan". Well, about 6-7 months into using the recliners, AND after using the ************ Protection Kit at least once a week on the chairs, this horrible friction noise rubbing the leather every time you raised the feet/lowered the feet would be awful. Main concern was that after a period of time, this would eventually wear a hole in the leather. We filed a claim and they want to give us two brand new chairs. Uh, NO. The gentleman who they sent to our home to look at the problem said, it's a manufacture defect. He attempted to adjust the chairs to give more room between the arms and seat to prevent the friction noise and NOPE, did not work. Filed a claim. They still say the are giving us new chairs. I DO NOT WANT NEW CHAIRS and the store is more than willing to make an adjustment in the price of the chairs for two brand new products, a totally different recliner and a small loveseat with ottoman. Their response is "WE ARE SO SORRY, BUT OUR "POLICY" is replace the chairs, no can do on the exchange. WE ARE DONE WITH ******! Not their fault. Love their furniture, love our sales rep who is so sweet and helpful. DO NOT EVER - EVER PURCHASE A PROTECTION PLAN FROM FURNITURE CARE PROTECTION, INC. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE RUDE.

      We purchased this for your protection plan for a dining room, set, sofa, table, and dining buffet. We have had the items less than four months and we had some accidental scratches happen during dinner. A family member was using a plate that had a chip out of the bottom of it that we were not aware of. It was a ceramic plate, and every time he moved it to either put his salad bowl in front of him, or to put his dessert plate in front of him. It was unknowingly scratching the table. Within 24 hours I had called Ashley ******************** to find out that I needed to use this as a warranty claim, so I called and filed a claim with Furniture care protection. After going back-and-forth for nearly a month, they denied her claim, stating that multiple scratches were considered multiple incidences, and that it mustve happened on more than one occasion. Not only did it happen during one occasion, but it happened with the same item, and we had no idea that it was happening. Normally we all use placemats under our plates, but we had to add a couple extra chairs and the table and I did not have enough placements that matched and so I thought it would be OK this one time to do it and then this happens. The quality of the ******************** itself is awful, but the fact of the warranty is not covering out table is ridiculous. Not only do I plan to contact an attorney to open up a class action lawsuit, based on the fact that I have had numerous complaints on the same instance, but I am debating whether or not to go to small claims court. They told us that there is no way that these items will get it fixed by them despite the fact that ****** ask them to reconsider the denial. ****** themselves that they hate the **** Yet the customers are the ones who suffer.
