"The doctor is good, but after checking twice with their team that insurance would cover 100% of my cost, they emailed me a bill a month later saying that they didn't. I don't know where the confusion is in their company, but getting an answer that I will owe nothing, then getting a several hundred dollar bill doesn't make me want to go back there."
