- Additional Info:On May 16th,2023, The Oklahoma Institute of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology came to the attention of BBB. At that time New Channel 5 called the BBB requesting information on the business after they unexpectedly closed their doors for a supposed data breech but nothing was reported to the FBI or FTC. As of August 15th, 2023, BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business.
