AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!! If I could give this company a rating of less than one star, I would. CCD (Consumer Care Direct), also known as Gold Key Warranty, is AWFUL, from their lack-of-customer service to their actual plan coverage, which is HORRIBLE, yet you pay a premium price!!! We paid a one-time payment, just shy of $5000 so its not chump change for most. My husband and I did a lot of research to find a good warranty plan that was reliable and that had good coverage, so we called ENDURANCE to get a plan for my 2020 *** X7 M50i and somehow, we ended up with this **** warranty, unknowingly (thats another issue in itself that will be addressed). The Endurance salesperson who sold us the plan did NOT disclose that we were getting a 3rd party warranty and therefore did not provide us with the plan we agreed upon over the phone. I wonder what the link between Endurance and CCD is as I am now seeing similar stories of being deceived in the way we were. When we discovered that 1) we did not have an Endurance warranty and 2) that the con of a warranty we got stuck with doesnt cover hardly anything, even with their so-called-premium plan and 3) In order to approve a claim, CCD require things to be done that is not possible, even with the manufacturers recommendation against it so, we decided to cancel our plan.Well, that is another issue within the aggravation we are already dealing with. In their policy it states one thing under their cancellation section but when you call to cancel, they require something else that is not even mentioned anywhere in the policy. So, from what we gather, CCD not only deceives their customers (seemingly with the help of an Endurance sales **** but they make up things as they go to suit their own agenda. If only we could go back in time!!!! I want my money refunded.

CCD adjudicates claims per terms and condition of customer vehicle service contract. The *************** Contract states that vehicle may require disassembly to diagnose the failure and complete repair estimate.

I bought a ************************ Contract through Endurance and somehow ended up with ***? I have a 2020 *** X6 m50i with ****** miles and the front differential and tension struts failed. *** denied to cover the claim with the excuse that it's "normal wear and tear". ****** ***'s service department head talked to them and told them that it IS NOT normal wear and tear and that a front differential should not fail at ****** miles, that it was EQUIPMENT FAILURE.I have called the *** claims phone number for 5 days in a row and the *** warranty person has done the same trying to get in touch with a manager. When you request a manager the **** service *** has been told that they can't transfer calls and that the manager will have to call you back at their convenience. FOR 5 DAYS WE'VE CALLED AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK. The joke of a manager's name is Parm and apparently he knows more about ***'s than the shop ******* that's worked at one of the top dealerships in the nation for 20+ years. Fortunately I have the ability to pay for the ***air out of pocket which I guess I'm going to have to do. Also fortunate for me I have a family full of attorneys and I will be filing suit against ***.They are an ABSOLUTE JOKE of a company. If I could leave a 0 star review I would but you have to select at least one star.

Customer repair facility stated that the front differential has excessive play in the pinion gear. Customer contract states that customer needs to approve teardown to cause of failure, repair facility declined to perform teardown and stuck with original diagnosis about excessive play in front pinion gear. Excessive play in pinion gear does not happen in short period of time this failure happens over long time period. Customer stated in review that shop stated that this a *** equipment failure, so why is *** not covering repair under *** goodwill policy. Bearing is only making noise, there is no mechanical breakdown.

This is my third contract with **********, they were only good in 2016 that's the only time I kept them full term. This time, first they wouldn't allow ******** *** access to my account saying I didn't have one. Then after several calls from us both, they denied everything. When I ordered, I asked for the top coverage. I got elite, now I see they don't have elite on your website. No refund and they won't fix my car. ********* uses their 5 star rating and then goes to this 1 star clown company to assist in their bait and switch. 3 paid $877.50 all for Diagnostics on things that they were not fix. If they would fix it something that they would not fix caused the problem to it. I emailed ********* and they said they don't deal with it at all they just take your money.

Hello,Customer has Gold level coverage, customer claim was processed by terms and condition of customer vehicle service contract. With Gold level coverage unfortunately what shop stated has failed are not listed for coverage and claim was denied.

I purchased a warranty through *********, and it has been given to Consumer Care Direct (CCD). As od this coming Friday, It will be one month since I started to deal with CCD and it has been a nightmare. Dealing with **** and or ****** has been an ongoing waste of time. **** is the rudeness person. They are only going to pay $950 towards a $2500 repair of the PTU and $125 of the $175 labor an hour. I have asked to speak to a supervisor which has not occurred. I spoke to ********* today and they say that they can do nothing. However, they collect the money each month. I explained that there is someone within Endurance that can address the issue since I am insured by *********. BEWARE of both companies.

As a repair shop I recommend running from this company. The customer deductible is $100.00 they want the customer to pay $1,500.00 to tear down an engine because of internal bearing failure. They have taken three weeks to respond to our shop and the customer. They also cut back the estimate for repairs by 75%. They want the customer to come out of pocket with no reimbursement. Should not even be licensed in the warranty industry.
