  DO NOT USE!!! Last year my 88 year old dad had this company to treat for fleas. They did came out to treat the yard but not in a good quality way. They did it fast ****** job. Turned out to bring in mice and rats into the house and did nothing for fleas. WHAT A SCAM!!!Before he signed up, they told him he could cancel any time. He did! However that was a lie. They did stopped taking money out from is bank for a few months. Them without approval they started back up. My dad had to get a new card. Now they are harassing him. They been calling and sending him letters. They even tried to pressure him for service.

  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I wish i would of read the reviews and did a little research before I signed up with this service. They charged me for services they never performed. They flat out lied on "month to month" contract in the verbal conversation.

  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They use strong arm tactics on elderly homeowners, take advantage of them, and get them to commit to a contract. This happened to my 87 yo mother in Northeast *******. They charged her debit card 3 times, once we got the contract cancelled, they charged her the full price, all totaled almost $2,000!!! She had to cancel her debit card and get a new one. Never trust a company that uses strong arm tactics on the elderly....what a scam business model.

  I was pressured by a very large man to get this service after telling him I could not afford it. He kept saying he would give me a cheaper deal. I signed. Did not get the contract until after the first spray. The next day I called to cancel the service and was told they are hitting me for ****** dollars if I cancel. This company *****. It is a rip off all the way around. Do not use.

  I looked up this pest control after i signed up and got scammed because it was a good price. I see they have a D rating. Please do not give these people your credit card. I was told they would be out at 5pm the next day July 7/17/24. I received a text from the agent at 3:52pm saying he had finished. I was stunned because I was leaving early to be there when he got there. Well there was someone at my house including my very protective dog. He came out and treated the house next door, not my house. I asked did you hear my dog and he said no. That did not happen. The person in the house who was aware of someone coming heard no knock and saw him knocking down wasps nests next door and thought they must have signed up also. They had not. I called and texted what happened and 5 days later they charged my card like I had gotten service. it is 8/7/24 and they have not refunded my money yet, they say they are waiting on film from their truck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I have called and emailed and nothing has happened. They have my money and will not return it. They have asked if I have video and everything. This is awful s******* elderly people out of their money.

  DO NOT USE. Their termite monitoring is worthless. Ive been paying for it for 5 years. Found active termites. (Tried to get service, but termite service is an additional very high expense. Apparently termites arent pests). I tried to cancel my account to go with another company. They put you on hold for a long time to speak with a customer service advocate. They immediately dinged my card for 2 additional payments and said it was for services rendered. The monitoring stations were never monitored. Service was not rendered.

  Do NOT sign a contract with this business. They are dishonest when they knock on your door, and they will steal money from you when your contract term is over. They provide you with a document to sign, and then charge you for months that are not on the agreement.

  DO NOT USE WHITE KNIGHT PEST CONTROL. I cancelled my account after my contract was over. I spoke with ********* after receiving a text that my service was up coming. She was very argumentative saying they were going to charge me regardless as a cancelation fee for less than thirty days, even though it was done two months ago.

  My wife had a recent unsolicited sales call from this company. My wife was polite and listened to his sales presentation, but then informed him that she was not interested. He continued even after numerous rejections. She finally informed that this was an no solicitation community, and if needed she would call the police. At that point he left. My wife then proceeded to the *** president's ********* to inform him, and he said he would take care of it. The next morning, my wife saw him again with a neighbor and friend. She spoke to our neighbor/friend shortly after and she was told the salesperson was also aggressively pushing him into signing a contract. This neighbor informed her that he finally told the salesperson he was calling the police and proceeded to follow the salesperson out of the development gates. This is NOT a company my family, and I will do business with, and will be telling others to beware.

  This business hires door to door sales people. Unfortunately, the city in which I live requires a solicitor's permit. They are available at the police department and the police run a background check to make sure thieves, robbers, rapists and child molesters are kept from our neighborhoods. This company thinks that they don't need their sales staff to abide by city ordinances. The young man that came to my door said he had a solicitor's permit but left it in his truck. I told him I would take him to the truck to get it and he walked away. (I called the police on him). The second one arrived at my door about an hour later. He showed me a permit (I think) from another town. I knew it wasn't good in my town so I asked him to get the proper permit and bid him a good evening (he rang my doorbell about 8 PM).I don't mind talking to sales people. I do mind when we have children and elderly people living around us and I don't know if these solicitors are law abiding citizens. Don't bother calling them, they will give you the run around. I personally won't use them. I have a good company we use.
