I just read a review on Dougs Heating & *** where a customer stated she had a horrible experience with them. I had a new **** system installed 3 years ago by this Company and I had an exceptional experience with them. I contacted **** and told him my AC unit had stopped working mid-morning and could someone come out and repair it for me. ****, himself, came that evening and after his inspection he advised me to get a new unit. I already thought I would need to get a new compressor, but with the help of Dougs sage advice I opted to get a new **** system. We agreed on a price and two days later it was installed, and all mechanical parts & devices working with the new system were brought up to code, as well.With this being said, I find the **************** by this person to be one of utter nonsense. If you read through all her complaints, youll find the gaping holes in her story as I have. (1) why would she call a ******************** and *** Company when her electricity was off (refrigeratorflashlight)? (2) no employee of this company would burst into her house, let alone, not identify themselves. (3) why didnt she call the Police, landlines and cell phones would still be working in a power outage? (4) She went on and on about drugs; that tells me she is trying to ************** his business with this hit piece. (5) Finally, lets look at her posting, the month involved, and why shes the responsible party for her so-called food storage issue. She posted in February, 2021, a few days before our state wide rolling outages, and on the 11th it was freezing outside. No company can be held accountable for a customers contents inside a refrigerator or freezer. The owner is responsible for that. Finally, the statement where she convinced me she was intentionally lying was when she said she would have to call an electrician to come out and fix all the damage Dougs people had done. If I am missing something in all her ramblings, tell me. Otherwise, you can put her Review in the electronic trash can where it belongs. **** and ****you are above reproach, your work and your customer service is to be commended!!! Thank you for a perfect installation for me, and 3 years without one return service call. Any of your potential customers are welcome to call me any time. You have my number. You only need to go to Doug’s Heating & Air website to read his Customer Reviews. They are as satisfied as I am, and they thanked him for such good service, whether it was a first time call for their HVAC repair or an entire installation like I had done.
