1 starI purchased a new bedroom suite for my wife of 58 years. She picked out a new set including a headboard, footboard, side rails and an adjustable electric foundation that was (supposedly) free with the purchased mattress, which sold for $2,294.00. She also chose the matching dresser and nightstand. The purchase price was over $4,000.00. I had told the salesperson I wanted free delivery and did not want to purchase an extended warranty or protection plan. When getting to the checkout and after totaling it up, she could not print a receipt due to some website problems she said she was having.She told me she would e-mail me a receipt and I would have it by the time I got home. I didn't get one. The first time I seen the receipt was when Mathis Home delivered the furniture 3 days later. When it was delivered, the driver handed me a delivery invoices from Mathis Home (franchise owner). On it was a $149.00 delivery charge as well as a $149.99 "protection plan." They also sent a $99 mattress protector you could have bought elsewhere for $39.00. After they set up the furniture, we tried out the adjustable bed. The mattress was so thick, it rubbed against the side rails. In addition, there was NO way you could get the fitted sheets on as you could not get your hands between the rail and the oversized mattress. The only solution I had was to remove the adjustable platform, replace the side rails and footboard with a Harvard style frame to make it work. I feel it was the salesman responsibility to know the 15" oversized single mattress w/ platform could NOT be used with side rails. We do apologize for any misunderstanding or miscommunication. There was not a delivery fee applied because of a promotion on the bed. There is the protection plan on the furniture. When a qualifying mattress is purchased along with a pillow and protector, you automatically qualify for our 365 Dream Program. This allows members to trade in their mattress for any reason within the first 365 days towards a new mattress of the same size. 2 starsI bought a swivel rocker chair for my mother.The total was $****** mother paid $89.99 for additional warranty on her credit card.When the chair was delivered the guy wouldnt bring it inside the house.The front porch was as far as he would ***** mother didnt like this chair as much as the one on display in the store.We called and they came and picked up the chair.Three weeks later I called about the refund.From $794. they only returned $416. (including the price of the extra warranty) Pick up and restocking fees is what I was told.I think in this case the "penalty charges" for returning an item were too severe.They kept half the money because we returned the chair. 1 starI bought a bed and a chest of drawers with them. These people did not tell me how to get my chest of drawers in and out of the chest. Afterwards, I bought a warranty they never explained to me that on the extended warranty only covers if it is damaged not the hardware so the drawer is so big I can't get it to go back into the chest. They now want to get me to call someone to pay them to tell me how to get my drawer back into the chest ...They rip off artist never explained anything about the drawers how they work. Please don't waste your time buying from them...I am elderly and don't know what to do now with a drawer on the floor... I have 5 years left on an expensive warranty that can only be used if it is torn up and they don't replace the hardware just the drawer ...Completely ridiculous!Ashley Furniture Homestore - Regional to Oklahoma

1 starBought sofa and was Assured by salesman of no hassle delivery of sofa to (single) daughters apartment. As she has no one to help her get the sofa in by herself. Delivery today 1/14/24 in ********************************************************************************************************* her apartment. Called store management and they refused to send her help. Stated they will pick ** sofa in 2 days and refund me. Meanwhile the sofa will set out in wet freezing cold weather. 1 starThese people send me the complete wrong furniture, broken server, wrong size ottoman and completely wrong color ottoman and couch . I told the delivery yahoos when they unloaded that its wrong, broken, missing feet etc. They said they will note it and and they ***** exchange the coach and ottoman for the one I actually purchased. I went immediately to the Temple location and it has been a nightmare ever since. So far two months of BS. These people now tell me I am stuck with stuff I didnt order, broken furniture, furniture with no feet, completely wrong colors couch, and wrong color and size ottoman. Im stuck with Ashleys Broken and wrong furniture? Really. No sir. DO NOT EVER GET ANY OF ASHLEY FURNITURES JUNK TRASH. THEY WILL SEND YOU FURNITURE YOU DID NOT ORDER. I reported this problem the instance it came off the truck. Because the driver refused to take it back, leaving it in my house to get swapped for the correct furniture and non broken furniture Because they didnt load it back up, Ashley says Im stuck with broken furniture and furniture I never ordered. 1 starThe products I spent my hard earned money on are 2 years old and Im fixing to have to replace part of it. Im not talking 100 bucks, I bought living room suit for over ***** one couch has be repaired half dozen times. One recliner the same issue. My parents still have the furniture I used as child. The furniture they sale is not good quality. I feel like they took my money and I cant do anything about it. *** called, they act put out and dont wanna talk to me. Dumbest thing I ever done was buy this furniture. They sold me a warranty as well.. getting them to make good on that didnt work either with out waiting month at time. 1 starI purchased a nice table and chairs from these folks, which I'm happy with, the problem is that two years out now they continue to charge me for some kind of warranty program. I never signed up for the program and when I call them they do refund the money. But I have to watch my credit card carefully to catch them when they charge me, and have to call them each time it happens. Each time they claim it won't happen again, but it does! 1 starWent to the store in Owasso, told them I had built a Murphy bed and needed a maximum height of 12" and a maximum weight of 80lbs for a mattress. With a sales person and her supervisor on hand they kept showing us mattresses and each time I asked about height/weight they would say something like, oh this one doesn't meet that. We finally found one they said was correct. I was misquoted the price of a mattress protector and they just adjusted the cost of the mattress. Should not have been a big deal. Delivery came and it was not correct. Nearly 14" thick. Waited for an exchange that did not go well. That mattress was around 13.5" thick. The conviently adjusted the mattress price by 199.00 for an "Exchange Fee". When I called about that I was told it was mistake and don't worry. On the third exchange they sent me a mattress of 14" as stated on the tag and by a tape measure. Store supervisor agreed to a "Full Refund" her words. 3 weeks after they picked up their stuff I do not have a mattress and no refund. They only refund they are willing to pay is $599.00 out of the original 899.00 mattress due to their errors. Summary, quick to sell without knowing their products, lack of caring when they made a mistake, completely ignoring me in getting a refund. With the exception of the misquoted mattress cover, I have documentation to cover every fact I have mentioned.Review fromJohanna D

1 starSince there's only 2000 characters I'll try to make it short. I have purchased an Artificial Christmas Tree online. I received the order and the Tree doesn't have Led Lighting as supposed to (it has lights but not led lights) and the quality is incredibly low. I had to call 3 times before someone got in touch with me. Every representative told me I'll be emailed by the 3rd party vendor that sells the tree. No representative was able to tell me who the vendor is or where the email will be coming from. Finally someone got back to me and told me if I want to return the tree I have to support the cost. When I asked how should the lights be on the tree I was again answered that the tree is coming from a 3rd party and they don't know how the lights should look like, and told me "If you want to return it to use the info we send in the previous email. Have a good day" I asked again who the vendor is and to provide me their contacts if they don't know about the product, but of course they didn't answer anymore. They put all responsilibity on a 3rd party that they would not disclose and they wouldn't take responsibility for it either. If someone is going to answer to this, before telling me that someone tried to help me, don't waste your time. Yes, I talked to 3 customer service representatives at Ashley that only told me to wait for an email, not knowing how the email would look like. And when finally I was contacted by the vendor as I was told over the phone, they were actualy still Ashley representatives knowing nothing about the item they sold and I paid money for. Inacurate website description and horrible customer service, no one knows anything.
