This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. In fact I'd even use the word unscrupulous! We purchased our new 2019 Tahoe 700 from these crooks. When we purchased the boat the salesman explained how the winterization service worked and the cost involved. As part of winterization several drain plugs are removed so water can drain out. These drains obviously have to be replaced before putting the boat back on the water. During our first three years we paid $500-$1000 in winterization costs, and as part of the service they always replaced the drains before we put the boat back on the water. All we had to do was drive the boat by and a technician would come out and spend about 2 minutes replacing the drains. This year this was not the case. We were told after spending over $1000 for winterization that replacing the drains was no longer something that they did, and they stated they had sent out emails notifying customers. This year in order to get them to replace the drains we had to leave the boat there for a few days and pay $150 for a service they referred to as "summarization"!!!! This practice is completely unfair and it's just a way to squeeze more money out of a loyal customer!!! I declined the service!!! I will figure out where the drains go myself!!!!! I will never walk back into this scheming immoral establishment again!!!
