    I made a purchase from *** ********* Auctions on June 29, 2025. I was instructed to select a shipping method on my own. Options were Ship It Sooner located in Mustang, OK. I called them the next day to inquire about shipping. The woman, who answered the phone, was very pleasant and helpful. She said that someone from her business would call me about shipping. I got that all lined up. One of the items I got from the auction was four sets of Legos in their boxes. They were in bins on the auction, but I didn't need the bins and told the gal at Ship It Sooner that I didn't need the bins. I assumed the Legos would be shipped in their original boxes and packed securely in the box. The lady at Ship It Sooner said that the amount I was paying for shipping included all packing materials. I got the shipment July 7th. I was horrified to see that ALL of the Legos has spilled out all over the box. They were shipped in an oversized box. I called Ship It Sooner and talked to the owner. He did not offer any refund, said he was a new business (He needs to train his employees on packing/shipping methods!), and kept telling me that since I didn't want the bins for the Legos, they were packed the way they were. It looked like a Kindergartener just dumped them into a box. Not only that, but the Legos were full of carpet fibers and long hair! Disgusting! Was someone playing with them and then they were scooped up off the floor and just scattered in the box? Two of the smaller Lego boxes were inside one of the bigger empty boxes. This is just outrageous! I am demanding a full refund, and I am contacting my attorney for a lawsuit!
