    On 2/20/2024 I called AKC to unstop a sewer line at a rental. I told the guy ontheohone tenant was complaining of the kitchen sink being stopped uo. I dropped by and he said he had snaked the line in the yard and it seemed clear. He said he had run water in the kitchen and it was fine. I contacted the tenant to confirm it was the kitchen side and he said yes. I texted that information to the plumber who said the line clear. It's still not clear today, March 11, 2024. I had high hopes on this plumbing company that was referred to me. Unfortunately, they do not guarantee their work. I sent them out to a rental to unstop the kitchen side of the house and they snaked the yard line, so within a week the kitchens overflowing again. While I have made 5 phone calls to have them go back out they still have not taken care of this. They agree to go back out, but keep making excuses on why they haven't. I can't afford to do business with a company that does not honor their work.I want a refund and possible damages to the cabinets and wood floor from the sink overflowing all this time. The plumbing under the house was all new in 2009 and I have asked them to camera the line to find out what is going on. Now they are not returnning phone calls.

    This customer is attempting to extort a service from our company after threatening to file complaints on BBB, ****** and Next Door.  We have ample documentation to show that the original job was finished and we made numerous trips to her property and were unable to gain access.

     

    If it is too late to respond, thats fine.  Its a frivolous complaint and no refund will be made regardless.  If we still have the ability to respond and submit documentation, let me know.  Either way, we will not be held hostage by this woman.
