1 starBUYER BEWARE!!!!!
This is the 3rd new home we have built (*** **** *** ********) and this has been the worst experience ever! R&R Homes LLC is not transparent with their customers and they are extremely shady people to deal with. There was a fallout with the original builder (alleged sister of R&R Homes - ***** *****) and they used this as an excuse for the shoddy workmanship and lack of supervision on the build. Neighbours indicated the construction site dumpster had more beer bottles than actual building material waste. My warning to anyone considering buying one of these R&R Homes is to make sure you have them committed to completion before signing and DO A WALK-THRU with the builder before closing. We never got that chance - had to threaten them to get the R&R Homes representative over to discuss our issues. They will not give you their contact information either - you have to email everything. When their warranty guy does communicate with you he schedules repairs without telling you, and they don't show up or show up late when you take off from work. We heard that the father who once ran the business and had a great reputation but he is obviously not involved any longer. If we had it to do over - we would have never bought from R&R Homes, LLC probably would have gone with the other builder in our addition - ****** *****.R & R Homes, LLC

1 starWorst experience Ive ever had. Bad customer service, very poor quality work, major structural issues were found by our inspector, the builder did not check anyones work so I felt like I had to play the builder. ****** made promises and didnt follow through with them. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!R & R Homes, LLC

Hi *****,
We did have a structural engineer that came to the job site and fixed any issues that were found. This was signed off afterwards by a third party engineer and the home inspector that you had brought in. After these hurdles were solved, you requested an additional $8,000 in upgrades that were not in the contract. Due to this, we parted ways as we did not think you would be happy with your home. Our customers happiness in their homes is of utmost importance to us, and we are very sorry that we were not the builder for you.
Documentation of these inspections are available upon request.
Best,
R&R Team

1 starAfter we signed our contract, the communication was non-existent on their behalf and we were made to feel like a burden for expecting it. If we wanted any kind of update regarding our build, such as where we were at in the process, the next step in the process or delay on materials, we had to reach out to them or we would have never had contact pretty much the entire build. Communication between builder and contractors seemed to be void as we would consistently find issues at the site. They are the absolute masters at taking no responsibility for their poor work, incompetent contractors and horrible communication. We heard excuses at every turn as to why things were wrong or when confronted with their lack of communication. We had to become quite the squeaky wheel to get things fixed/changed. We truly feel that because we didnt use a realtor for them to try and impress and keep repour with, that we were simply not a priority to them. R&Rs main excuse for everything was the market. We fully understood that we built during a hard time with building supplies and time frame of getting certain supplies but again, staying in touch with your home buyers and making sure the quality of the homes you are selling are up to standard has nothing to do with the market and everything to do with the ethics of the company. I dont have enough time in the day to write about all of our issues with warranty and getting issues fixed but I will reiterate, communication is non existent across the board. The guy who runs the warranty department is incompetent, extremely condescending and dishonest, which seems to be the going traits with most people working for this company. It has been very hard to get warranty/addendum issues resolved after our inspection/close date. We had to threaten the warranty department with taking further action to get the ball rolling on warranty/addendum issues months after move in. One year later and we still have a big unresolved issue.R & R Homes, LLC

1 starAVOID AT ALL COST! We reached out to ***** for a custom home. The pompous jerk community manager ************** was the point in contact. The model home was beautiful and everything we wanted in a home. We chose a floor plan and met with ***** to pick features. Obviously we knew our budget, but ***** made many snide remarks about the price of upgrades. I was insulted and went against my better judgement signing a contract.Well, we were in for a surprise! The builder, *****, is impressively bad at managing his builds and would prioritize an unsold spec home over a custom build. The lip service from ***** was just as bad relating to the building delays. Choose R&R if you want lack of communication, poor craftsmanship from the crews and a wise a** for a community manager.Zero stars would be the best rating. This company needs re-evaluated from the top down.R & R Homes, LLC

1 starBuyers beware. Do your research. Purchased end of August 2022. Bought while out of state due to job relocation. Promised the world, but got a low budget home. I couldnt use my kitchen or master bathroom for a month after moving in. Someone poured concrete down the drain and it blocked everything. They busted up my floor to fix it and when they replaced the island that they had to tear out, they used the wrong color grout. Our original grout was light, the new is dark. Looks terrible. They brought someone in to fix and its dark again. Now theyre saying we have to remove all of our stuff so they can redo the whole floor (living room, kitchen, dining room and halls) with the dark grout because it should have been dark to begin with. The contrast of the flooring was a huge part of why we loved the house. They had to redo my master bathroom floor because it was literally offset. The grout lines didnt follow the floor at all. They did it while we were out. They didnt bother to tell us clear out the master closet and master bath. Work was done with doors open. Dust everywhere. All over clothes, bedding, furniture. We purchased a fence that was part of closing. It looks used. There are nail holes in the fencing but no nails. There are boards in upside down, notched arent cut in all of them at the top. Some of the boards are cracked, and not talking a split from a nail. These cracks are inches long. Was supposed to be stained but hasnt been. Walls are crooked. Cabinet drawers are crooked. Cant even tell you what else. So much frustration. Worst part, I have hats lined around the shelves in my closet. Bought a new OU hat that was black and camo, the Saturday before they did my bathroom. Its missing. Nobody cares in their office. The workers and construction managers need replaced.R & R Homes, LLC

Hi *******,We are so sorry to hear that you experienced these issues with your home. We have replaced the plumbing, installed a brand new cedar fence with metal posts, offered to buy you the missing hat, and professionally clean your home after relaying the tile. You refused to let us in to finish after the missing hat. We would love to make this right if you would like to schedule a time for us to come back and do this as well as replace your missing hat. 1 starBuyer beware and go elsewhere!!!! While the quality of the home structure itself is great, everything else is way under par. This was not my first build and I know real estate. We were told our house was a "rush job" several times by different people with R&R after we closed on it and it certainly looks that way once you are in and can see the finishes. Our house was not even cleaned for us for closing. Our final walk-through was a week before closing and I blue taped so much and basically nothing was taken care of. We closed. We were in constant contact with R&R to get issues taken care of basically from day one of our closing on our house. 7 months later we were told our cabinet doors needed to be replaced. It seems someone did not tell us before closing our cabinet doors were not correct. Communication from the builder is pathetic. They are all about the money. Biggest hypocrites going who preach how Christian they are. Some of the R&R Staff is no longer there and we were glad to hear it. Some are still there, who in my professional opinion, should have been shown the door a long time ago. There is only one woman there we like to deal with but everything will soon fall on her which is not fair. The only good thing is the layout is great for the most part. Home is structurally sound. People in the neighborhood seem really great but many homeowners have many issues.R & R Homes, LLC

2 starsThe quality of build is great however, once you sign your contract you’re basically on your own. The warranty department has failed us multiple times. We’ve submitted multiple tickets and even had 2 plumbers and someone from the warranty department come “take a look” after my kitchen flooded due to the dishwasher. It’s been 4 months and ONE ticket has been handled. A light lol i have been very patient. Now my messages aren’t being responded to. COMMUNICATION IS BELOW AVERAGE
Oh, did I mention the painters drew on my garage bc I asked them to ask me prior to going in my yard and using my hose. Hoe and bitch to be exact. It was repainted AFTER my husband demanded them to. No repercussions for the crew. I’m honestly disgusted with how warranty’s are handled or lack there of…
There were also many small things I didn’t even complain about bc I’m truly not a complainer… but a flooded (partially) kitchen due to negligence and then being “ignored” is where I draw the line.R & R Homes, LLC
