Apex Construction recently kept my ******* money ($5,250).... They have NOT returned my calls, texts or emails. Prior to them pushing back the closing date (75 days late) we talked and even met in person. ******************** ethic issue: with June 3rd closing date approaching, they building have NOT done a single thing to the property since April. They told me on May 31st they need to push closing day back to July 1st. My issue is that i asked and was told multiple times that June 3rd is the date they will meet or i will NOT be purchasing the home. After i declined the delay, i asked for my money back and they said since i didn't agree to the extension, i was in "default" and won't get my money back. They then put the house back on the market for $12,500 more and with a completion date of August 15. (which gives me the 75 days past)... which is un-reasonable, bad business and stealing my ******* money. They have not done a single thing to the property since we paid the ******* money. Other houses in progress are halted in the area and rumors of having money issues is out there... which is a possible motive to keep my money or possibly spend it already. PLEASE HELP
