    The people is moving out lifting right on the property due to poor maintenance and poor staff at sandhills apartments and when people put in they work orders they wait like 2 weeks or a month that's the reason why people is moving out poor maintenance and poor communication with the staff my rating at Sandhills apartments is a zero

    I'm resident of Sand Hill Apartments **************************************************************************** They keeping delaying to repair Air conditioning for 2 months. We have 4 children as well. Its hot interior. Its health hazard. I'm filing complaint to get their response and get it up and running. Otherwise, I will file complain with City Ordinance inspector. Please fix it with in 4 days from today date of June 8th 2023.

    I paid an application fee and deposit for an apartment in the form of two cashier checks. When the date arrived for me to move in the apartment, the staff told me that they were under new management and were unable to locate my deposit , application fee and application to move in. I have since found a new apartment in another location in *****, and they have not refunded any of the money I paid. They do not answer my phone calls and when I go in person I'm told they cannot help me. My receipt reflects that the cashier checks were received by an employee named "Geoff."Application fee was $65 Deposit was $300
