              We bought a house in June of 2021. The propane tank was full, and we had no need of propane until October. Earnheart was the company the previous owner used so we called them. We used them repeatedly until August of 2022. We decided to use a different company and found out that Earnheart doesn't follow state laws. They never inspected the tank and had us sign the state-required safety check form. If something had gone wrong between June of 2021 and August of 2022, our insurance would not have covered it. On top of that, the tank had been leaking, which is something they would have found in the safety check. Propane is not cheap. I think we are entitled to a portion of our costs back considering the tank was leaking propane we bought from them, and it was their failure to follow state laws that cost us.

              Earnheart does not follow state laws, which puts you and your place of residence at risk. They are required to complete an inspection and file paperwork that the customer must also sign at any time a home changes names or propane companies. Their failure to do their job correctly cost us dollars in propane because of a leak we were not aware of. If something would have happened because of that leak, our insurance company would not have covered any losses because proper paperwork was not completed when we bought the house.
