    The crew of Branch out was working on my niebors property and decided to come into my backyard and get on my roof in order to access a tree. The younger man on the roof lied to my wife saying he didn't need permission to be on my roof, and continued on until I told them to leave my property. A police report was filed.

Our crew was on the roof to remove tree limbs that posed a clear hazard to your property and roof. This was not only a necessary part of our job but a service performed with the safety of the homeowner in mind. While working for your neighbor, they asked us to remove a portion of their tree that extended over your yard and roof to prevent potential storm damage. We agreed to assist because it was a simple and safe removal, done with good intent and at no added disruption to the property. Our team remained respectful and professional throughout the entire process, despite being met with aggressive language and insults. We believe in treating all people with respect and expect the same in return. Were proud of the work we do and the integrity of our crew. We stand behind our crew, our work, and the respectful way this situation was handled on our end.
