      I paid ************************* the final payment on 14 September 2023 for the landscaping work to be done on the ** and ** sides of my house. At that time, we agreed that he would return to complete laying down rock on the ** side of the house in front of the fence, clean up some concrete forms used on the ** side of the house, and remove his tools. Since then, I've been able to contact ***** once (on or about 6 October 2023), at which point he again agreed to complete the work, clean up the forms, and remove his tools. Since then, I've repeatedly tried to contact him, but he has not answered the calls and has not returned the calls. I would like him to complete the work, pay another landscaper to complete the work, or offer me a refund. In addition, I would like him to clean up the concrete forms and remove his tools.
