5 starsI ordered 4 sets of napkins rings: 2 rhinestone star fish and 2 gold palm trees. Each was lovely and just as pictured. They were shipped separately but both arrived promptly. 5 starsOrdered lovely quilt set online, but after I hit Pay, saw where free shipping was offered on orders over a certain amount - which mine was. Since shipping was around $20, thought it best to call and see if they would honor that offer and apply to my purchase. Had an extremely helpful gal on the other end that said of course!. Had to wait for order number to appear so she could refund the shipping. This store has such a great variety of coastal themed items, which suits my style here in central *******. So nice to know they can accommodate situations like mine with a can- do attitude.Many thanks!Bella Coastal Decor

They look good and have lasted well through the wash etc. I also had a need to reach out to customer service regarding a Ooops on my part to add my coupon for free shipping. **************** responded quick and graciously refunded my shipping fee. 5 starsOur order arrived damaged (broken glass in a bent cardboard box). Obviously damaged in shipping. I contacted delivery company and was rudely blown off.I contacted Bella Coastal with my problem and was immediately expressed their concern & stated a replacement would be sent.
