    "Very unprofessional, called for quote to replace HVAC system completely he stated $ REMOVEDthen came out looked everything over said REMOVEDexplained I had $10k voucher from Choctaw nation n needed written itemized quote for them he agrees to write it up n send later that day then 2 days later sends me written quote for $12,300 that did not include several things we had discussed from work order that was included in REMOVEDverbal quote so I messaged him back 'so you can't do it for price you quoted me now ' in which only response I got was 'no I cant' I messaged back explaining how upsetting this was n how I did not understand what had changed n no more responses ." ...
