This company is terrible. We had this company install the wood flooring that covers our dining room, foyer, and office. Unfornately, there was some water damage to two panels of the flooring in the office. We called this company after measuring out what we needed and spoke with "Rider" and asked to pick up 2 pieces of paneling to repair the floor. "Rider" refused to give any information on the flooring unless he himself could come out and measure the floor. Rider was advised that his service was not needed and measurements have already been compleleted by a professional. Rider continued to insist on him coming out to measure my office? and spoke of probable water damage ... etc. Rider again was advised I was not seeking his service but merely only to purchase 2 panels of the wood. It was quite clear at this point that Rider had other intentions in coming to my home to further push his sales. When Rider was advised, AGAIN "Your service is not needed for this repair" I was advised to "take my business else where". I was blown away. I told him I would like to purchase the wood panels at the same location where 3 of my rooms were bought and installed .. Rider refused to be of any further advising me to quote "take my business to a liquidator to find scrap pieces to repair my floor"... I am still blown away by the selfishness of this company. I finally gave in and agreed to have them caome out to "measure my office" at which point "Rider" refused ... I said "I am agreeing on you to come out and measure and your now saying "no, you cant help me"!! . I am assuming that once "Rider realized there wasnt money to be made on me at this point, he chose to wash his hands of my request ... I am so fustrated, I am not stuck with damage to my floor where 2 pieces of wood floor paneling has been pulled up for replacement and I have the very company refusing to help. Rider would not give me the name of the flooring, so I could even go look somewhere else .. I am shocked at this companies lack of professionalism. I asked "RIDER" for the owners name and he gave me "Dustin". I called back a couple days later and left a message with the female receptionist that I needed to speak with "Dustin" I was asked "what for sales, employee issues?" ... (I thought this was an odd question to ask, "employee issues" .. anyways I said "both". She said she would relay the message I gave my name and number .. and never heard from anyone. My flooring is still unrepaired, I dont know what to do and I am in complete awe of how such a selfish comapany can be this way, leaving the impression that if you dont have anything to offer than by means of substantial profit, they want nothing to do with you. I am a single mom, and to all single parents .. stay away from this company because God help you if you need help with a repair replacement. Shame on this company. I have to leave at least one star rating, otherwise it would be zero stars.
