Its criminal what your business does. Ill be seeing you in court. You put my family in jeopardy then mocked us on the phone after ignoring all calls from us as well as AHS for 6 days. I say what I mean and mean what I say. You will be paying.

I'm giving a rating of 1 because there isnt an option for 0. On November 15th, I noticed my heater was blowing cold air. AMP Mechanical, sent by my warranty company, came out on November 21st. The technician didnt seem confident and spent several hours getting a part, only to replace my thermostat, which was less than 8 years old and had worked perfectly before. When that didn't solve the issue, he claimed the motherboard was faulty and said it would take two weeks to get a new one. After waiting four days without updates, I left two voicemails. On December 5th, another technician replaced the board, but the heater still didnt work. He mentioned that there might be a short and that the owner needed to take a look.On December 9th, the owner indicated that a relay switch needed to be replaced and that doing so would cost $3,000, or I could pay an additional $9,000 for a new unit. This felt like they were trying to take advantage of customers. They rarely returned calls and made us wait too long without heat in freezing conditions.I then sought a second opinion, which revealed that an animal had chewed the electric line from the thermostat, the relay switch was fine, and the replacement thermostat was incompatible. I was left without heat for a month due to AMP's incompetence. Its baffling how they maintain an A+ rating despite being so unqualified and dishonest.
