      I have a really good relationship with my physical therapist! We have a very workable schedule that fits with both of us?She has been consistently helpful in improving my strength and endurance so I no longer need my walker?My balance has improved greatly over the past year !! I will continue with my training so I will keep from going back to the condition I was in before ??????

      Excellent! Training for strength, cardio, balance, mind and maintenance for aging client. Results have been quick and the process enjoyable. Pam is patient, encouraging, and knowable. Her program is designed around individual needs….not boiler plate “one-size-fits all. I have already recommended her to friends.
