On Sept. 26, 2022, I was charged $150 ,without notice, for an appointment I had back on June 20, 2022 (which I had already paid the co-pay for.) When I questioned about the bill and how I had already paid off my account, I was told that they had billed my secondary insurance instead of my primary. (EDMOND PSYCHIATRIC had copies of both of my insurance cards.) I was also told that this was an issue I would have to deal with on my own. When I contacted my insurance, I was told that there was no record of EPA even trying to send them a bill. Blue Cross then told me they would make sure it would be taken care of and I would get a call back in a week with an update. I was told about two weeks ago that Blue Cross had sent the money to EPA and it would be up to EPA to initiate that refund. Going on a month now, I have called to check on the status of that reimbursement. Not once have I gotten a call back. If you want to speak to Lisa in the Billing Office, you have to call 4 or 5 times before she will answer the phone. Like I said, i have never gotten a call back. They are running me in circles in the most unethical way possible. I need your help.
