      Terrible company! Anytime we needed anything repaired, It had to go through the owner of the home, ******************** DDS, which was fine with us, but getting anything fixed was impossible due to the fact that Homeworxs would never reply or they would pretend like we did not tell them about the issues.They even lost our contact information, to the point of BLAMING my girlfriend and she has had the same number since 2015 (and used for the lease). So they dont have my lease? Lost my information? Tells you how much they care about your personal information. I have asked ********************* ******* several times to speak to the owner of Homeworxs?. And this is all I get back (see below). The people of Homeworxs are so? unprofessional! I have all the emails and pictures to prove everything I say is true.

      The inspector noted that the air filter was dirty at the time of move out, therefore, the security deposit was charged $5.47 for the air filter. Homeworx brought the tenants dispute to the property owner, and the property owner did not approve to refund the tenant $5.47 for the air filter he was charged for. With all due respect, Homeworx is departmentalized, and we report to the owner of Homeworx as managers. The owner of Homeworx is aware of the situation and supports his managers decisions

      I have all the pictures in my email saved, to prove that we had replace the air filter and it was approved by Homeworxs before we moved out! I also have a copy of my lease that says they charged me $45 for air filter I shouldve never been charged for. *** tried to speak to the owner multiple times, but they keep playing cat and mouse game.
