1 starEverything looks so great on their website. But buyer beware when you want to return items that area not at all as described by Angel Heart Boutique. Like others I spent good money and received an item that was 4 inches smaller than advertised. First AHB will make you fill out by hand a paper return form-- yes, in this day of digital returns, this is what you will do. Then you pay for all shipping back to them, even though their item was substandard. Next they will not refund your money but instead provide you with a gift card to buy stuff again from them. Now why would I want to again go through this process of substandard merchandise which I again might have to return and pay for shipping? Not a good business practice and does not build customer loyalty. Oh and if you confront them on ********* be prepared to be deleted and blocked. That's how Angel Heart Boutique in ******** runs their business.Hathor LLC

Hi there,
I feel like this is a very unfair review, first you have left two reviews about the same situation. You changed this review to distorce the situation, you contacted us on labor day weekend on a saturday and was upset because we did not reply right away but we also have the right to spend quality time with our families, and even on that weekend we replied to you. By then you had already filed a chargeback with your bank and got your refund so not sure why this review as you got your full money back which we would most likely accomodated as you had given us time to reply and handle the situation.
BUT MOSTLY, what I dont understand and I believe maybe you havent even noticed because is that you ordered a size MEDIUM. Prviously on your past orders you ordered a size 1X, but on this order you ordered a MEDIUM, yes ofcourse if will be 4" smaller because its 2 sizes smaller. Did you even notice that you ordered a medium? did you mean to order a medium since you are a size 1X? I am very confused on why you would order a medium if previous orderers you were a 1X. The item you ordered is a best seller we have sold thousands of it, and we never recieved any complaint on it being small as the item even runs big, but if you are a size 1X and you order a size medium it will definitely be small for you but then again you did not order your correct size, so I am confused on why you would order 2 sizes from your regular size and then say the item is too small. I do not understand that
Lastly, our return policy is present on our invoice and we ask you to agree before checking out we are very honest and upfront about that making short easy to read full sentences and ask if you do not agree to please not purchase, you had purchased from us previously so you were familiar with our policy and it seemed that it was not an issue. I think this whole time you have not realized that you ordered the wrong size. But regardless, if you had given us time to reply to you other than labor day weekend we wouldve most definitely resolved this for you but by the time we replied to you sunday you had filled a bbb review and a chargeback with your bank.
You have received a full refund and you have left many negative reviews so not sure what else we can do, but most importantly I wish you stated that the item you ordered was a size MEDIUM, and you had previously ordered from us a size 1X, The way you are stating it seems the item was small which is not true, the item is exactly as stated but you ordered the wrong size, the real question is why? Why did you order a medium when you are a size 1X

1 starI decided to buy just one sweater on clearance because it was beautiful, but I understand they don't take returns on clearance merchandise, so I didn't want to buy more than one item in case the quality was bad. On clearance, my sweater was $60, and I took a risk, and it was a bad one. This item is one of the lowest quality pieces of clothing I've ever purchased. Had this been a $10 item from Amazon, I'd be fine; paying $60 for something that this company clearly purchased for pennies and is reselling for insane profit. They even admit to this in articles, that they quit their fulltime jobs just due to reselling crap they purchase for cheap. I should have done so much more research before trusting the quality of this place. There are threads coming out EVERYWHERE. It looks like random thin pieces of fabric were hastily sewn together, none of the seams are even. A tiny pull on a thread and the entire seam comes undone. My husband looked at it and told me to send it back immediately, but I can't, obviously. I'm SOL because I understand the return policy, which they apparently enforce very heavily, even on crappy, damaged products. Even if I could return it, they make you pay return shipping and only give store credit - why would I ever want to order aother piece of clothing from here?! There also seems to be NO way to leave a review on their website. Every review they have listed is 4+ stars, and I found zero place where I can leave a review on my actual merchandise. They must only reach out to people who are paid for their reviews. I will never order from this place again, and I hope this review helps people avoid this scam.Hathor LLC

Hi There, First I would like to start by saying that nobody that has anything nice to say comes to bbb, if you want to find good reviews about any company it wont be on bbb that you will find but we have many beautiful reviews from customers, some crying of how beautiful we made them feel, many customers that have ordered from us over 300 times if our items were trash we would not be in business for 7 years and have majority repeat customers. In regards to the item you purchased is not a sale item so it is definitely returnable, heres a link to our return policy which explains the process www.angelheartboutique.com and you are more than welcome to return if you would like, this is not a final sale, not sure why not return if you are not satisfied with an item. And the complaint for the every single seam its coming undone that is LITERALLY THE LOOK that the top is going for, it is made that way ON PURPOSE. Like I said, If you dont like it youre welcome to send it back but this is not a damage or a poor quality, thats in style and people like it thats what it is supposed to be its made that way. We even have a close up photo of the seam to show people that this is part of the top and how it's made, not sure but maybe you missed that photo before purchasing but the photo shows that this is how the item is made, it is not a defect or poor quality it is a "worn out style"And yes, you must pay shipping to return something, every online place is this way, same when you go return something at ******* do you ask them to pay for your gas that took to get the item there? Same thing, to get the item back to us is the buyer responsibility we shouldnt be responsible for that. And I am very honored you took the time to read our articles, but a little sad you are distorting the information on the narrative to fit this story, we have such a beautiful story, we started selling manly used items on ***** mostly toys, that are collectible (star wars, ****** and much more) and thats how we saved up to start our business, these were not ****, neither were brand new clothes that we sell now a days, we are very proud of how we built something literally out of nothing, and along the way provided products that people were looking for, it is all stated on **** when an item is used or anything. Just sas you are distorting this, but this is how we saved our money to start this business and we worked extremely hard for it. This is the beauty of this country if you want to work hard for something it is possible to achieve in so many ways. In regards, to review there is a place on every item after the listing description where you can leave a review on our website, differently form what you stated, heres also a link to over **** reviews on our website with customer photos ******************************/pages/reviews And in regards to our prices, Im not sure how you would be familiar with our wholesalers prices, but just so you know things are more and more expensive by the day this top is not cheap by any means in the wholesale price and we have had to eat a lot of profit to keep items affordable for our customers, at the end of the day we are a business and have employees and expenses so we cannot sell it for what we purchased thats why theres wholesalers and retailers in the world. Its all part of the economy. But manly what you are complaining as poor quality is literally how the item is made it is made that way, and there is close up photos to show that, you even said EVERY seam is this way, that is not a coincidence that is intentionally the style of the item. And no we dont buy items from *****. We purchase all items from the ****** market, this particular brand is Oddi which is considered one of the very high quality ones, some of these brands produced here and some are imported, unfortunately theres more imported than made here because honestly people dont want factory jobs in *******, I mean restaurants and businesses have struggled to keep it open because people didnt want to work, specially after COVID the few that were opened had to close for lack of employees, like I said we buy at the ****** market just like EVERY other boutique out there. All of the brands they have there are high quality and carry US standard sizes. At the end of the day people want ******** made items with ***** price, which is honestly impossible, they also want ******** made when ********* dont want to work those jobs. We do our part, we help the economy employee many ********* directly and indirectly, pay taxes - lots of it, support local economy and so much more. But going back to the original point this item is made to look like that worn out look its in style, that is not a defect thats how its supposed to be. But if you are not satisfied youre more than welcome to send it back. We dont have many of the worn out look this is actually the only top that we have that has that look and maybe one other that look very similar to this one (same brand) and this item was a huge best seller we had to restock 3 times already, lots of people like that look and think theyre nice and good ************** is something very personal. In regards to the store credit thats very standard amongst online boutiques, we receive 10 new arrivals daily so theres always something new and fun coming in every day.Again, if you are not satisfied with the item you are more than welcome to send it back, this is not final sale, this is DEFINITELY returnable, and this is not poor craftsmanship, this is literally how the item is supposed to look, no other item will have that look but another one as I said previously which looks very similar, so I would avoid those, and check all photos because we do show if this is a characteristic of the item if looked up close. She gets so many compliments on her clothing and it just brings the biggest smile to her face. ****** is an adult highly-functioning special needs person. She is heavy and has severe lymphedema in both her legs and arms. We can only shop now for sleeveless and compression type attire. We generally shop your sale plus size offerings and ****** adores her new outfits. 1 starOrdered from Angel Heart Boutique online. Got confirmation email and USPS confirmation number. I checked and it said delivered 7/9. I never received the merchandise. I contacted company and was told that USPS couldn’t find my Address. The company said on 8/9/22 that they wouldn’t do anything til they got the package back from USPS. I contacted the company asking if they checked or followed up with USPS . At that point, the response from company got rude. The owner even went so far to look my addresses up and assume incorrectly that I moved, provided wrong address and so it was my fault. I have disputed chArge and would like a refund. The owner is rude. Nasty and very unhelpful. Based on other reviews here, one can see that this company is not reputable.Hathor LLC

Customer entered her old address when checking out, we shipped to the address in the order which is what she entered, tracking shows it was delivered. Customer complaint she didn't receive the item, came to find out she had entered her old address. As a small business we are responsible to send the order to the exact address in the order, it's the customer responsibility to enter their correct address, as she admits she entered the wrong address. We cannot afford to send items and take the expense of sending again because customer decided to enter their old address, that is a huge expense for us specially giving the economy situation in our country. Customer filled a chargedback with her bank saying "item unacceptable" but how can item be unacceptable if she states she never received it? So in the end we were punished for doing what is right, we had to refund her per bank chargeback, even tho we shipped the item to the address she told us to. We were punished for doing exactly as we were told and what was right., and if her entering the wrong address, blaming us, getting her refund, making us lose the clothes, if all that wasnt enough she decided to leave us a bad review for a mistake she made. This is the world we live in it today, and bbb allows this, like I say if you want to read good reviews about our business go to www.angelheartboutique.com/pages/reviews that's where good customers go to leave photos and reviews, nobody that has anything good to say goes to bbb only customers with unreasonable complaints like this you will find on bbb. Hi there And as you stated you DID enter wrong address, and you also stated "public record" this is public record your old address is public record and anybody can find, not sure how that would be unprofessional since you had already provided the wrong address yourself, and address that is previously attached to your name, it is only unprofessional because it shows your connection to the address you entered on the order, therefore shows that is not our fault, we only did and shipped to the address you provided. Then you asked for the address you provided, which we showed you, and you said that address was incorrect and gave us a new address, that's when we saw that the address you provided in the order is an old address associated to you, we couldnt make this up, like you said it's public record, and if it was not true it would not be associated to you, that is when you said you were filing a chargeback and we stated that was unfair because we shipped to where you told us to. I would assume this address might be saved on your ******* autofil" and you clicked on it when checking out, regardless it is the buyer responsability to enter the correct address and we trust they provide the right one.
