    terrible terrible terrible. writing all these reviews while on hold with them for a ridiculous amount of time. Trying to charge me $2300 for a fuel pump replacement is insanity. I worked in this industry and this dealership is an absolute embarrassment and that man ******* in service needs to get off his *** and learn how to pick up the **** phone.

    I experienced an entire week of harassment after my brother passed away. These people called me day in and day out. They even called me during the funeral. This was all after I had requested that they cease contacting me. Multiple times I requested that they no longer contact me, but it did not seem to matter at all. I am not even in the market for a car. I have two already. The harassment I received from **** at this company was ridiculous and was almost enough for me to get my lawyer involved.

    Edmond Hyundai is the worst dealership we've ever dealt with, they lied on several occasions when trying to get our 2017 Sonota fixed. Every time we left with the car it broke down again with in a week and they kept saying it was unrelated to previous fix. Don't trust them, don't buy from them, Don't buy a Hyundai.

    Sent 2012 Hyundai ****** for an engine/motor recall. Met ******* at the service center. He was our contact point. A true gentleman and a clear explainer of issues and solutions to someone like me. Edmond Hyundai service department is in good hands.

    Beware!!!!!! Sloppy service!!! Took my car into the dealer on 7/27/24 to have the driver's window fixed due to the window jumping the track. That costed us nearly $700. Fast forward to Sunday, 8/25/24, when my driver window jumped the track again. Not even a month later. Took it into the dealer to have it fixed and they said it was going to be another $354. For something that was supposed to be fixed on 7/27/24. They tried to tell us that today there was a different problem than back in July, when the problem was the same. I will not be looking to buy at this dealer for any car, and I will not be recommending this dealer to anyone else looking for a car. One of the service advisors wanted to keep arguing with my husband about the part not being broken before, when clearly it was due to the same problem of the window jumping the track happening again. The service advisor eventually offered to meet halfway where they would end up eating the $300 and we would be responsible for the new part of $60. They do not detail anything thoroughly and they do not do a thorough job of looking things over. We bought the car used in March 2024, a 2021, and during the test drive it rode fine and did not smell. As soon as we bought the car, and got home, it smelled highly of marijuana. About 3 months later the struts started rattling. The window started clicking on the track not even a month of buying the car. The salesperson, rushed us into buying the car saying it was a nearly perfect car. It is far from perfect. It is what you would call a 'lemon' car. STAY AWAY FROM EDMOND HYUNDAI!!!!!!!

    Beware!!!!!!!! of "sloppy service" and make sure you ask for complete detail, including what and how, when a service is suggested.I recently paid $176.35 ($77.05 for part and $99.30 for labor) an ******************************* This is a procedure used to eliminate bacteria, mold, mildew from the circulation system. This service was HIGHLY recommended because the cabin air filter showed a little bit if critter damage.The cabin air filter was supposed to be "blown out" instead of paying an additional $70 for a replacement.Guess what... Filter wasn't cleaned, so the ** cleaning was pointless. BTW, the ** cleaning consisted of a can (which you can get at an auto shop for $35-40) of foam.Contacted the service **** about the issues, got an apology for the service mgr who was going to inform the Business Mgr for resolution. The resolution I want is my $176.35 refunded, especially when they can't give me back the extra 2 hrs I spent at the dealership.

    I just purchased a new 2024 Santa Fe and this dealership provided top notch service all the way around! No pressure just simply an enjoyable car buying experience. All the staff prioritized my happiness and kept customer satisfaction and the ease of doing business as their top focus. Thank you, *****, *****, ******, and ****!! I cant think of anything you could have done better.

    Took my car in for a recall. The inspected my vehicle for other items. Told me I needed brakes replaced. I declined the service. Took my vehicle to my trusted mechanic and they told me the pads had about 60% life left in them. No need to replace. On top of that they had my car blocked in and had to wait 30 minutes after service was completed to finally leave. I do not recommend this dealership for anything.

    Let me start by saying I dont even want to give them 1 start I actually want to give a 0 stars. So back in October we went and found a used 2014 vehicle for my 18 year old son. We got it for a great price spent the day there getting all the paperwork done. Hours later we finished and completed all the paperwork. We were informed of the bank that would finance the vehicle. Later after leaving that night u got a ton of notifications from the credit bureaus that my credit had been ran so many times without my consent. So I was very upset. I just wanted to be done with them. Weeks pass by I dont hear from anyone except a worker that request some additional information which I sent her. However during this time we never received any paperwork on the loan or any communication. I however received notices from tons of banks saying that the loan wasnt excepted. I was confused and like okay they would contact me if there was an issue but never heard from anyone. Come 2 months later I get a call from someone named ****** says hes the sales manager which I doubt highly, says we need to come to give a copy of a SS card. As soon as they say is down I started getting notifications that my credit was being processed i was shocked I never authorized that at all! I was livid they had the nerve to tell me after 2 months having this car I wasnt approved. They were rerunning my credit without my consent! Im went off in the finance office. All they had to say is they are so sorry that the lady who was finalizing our loan in October was fired and messed up our approval. All they could say is they are sorry and we need to get our own lender after running my credit without consent so many times! I am so angry and want nothing to do with this place!! I believe in karma and I pray they reap what they sowed! They are ALL frauds!!! Never never would I ever recommend anyone here!! Drive away from them as quick as you can!!! FRAUDS!!!!

    Bought a 2023 palisade from them 2 of the dealer installed items that they will not let you take off but still charge you for was not done the leather protection nor the nitrogen in the tires take in for the first service today 10am appointment I finally left at 1 they claimed to have washed the car also its just as dirty as when I dropped it off i would definitely think twice when purchasing from them
