      In May of this year I paid this company $920.00, over $600.00 of that was to install a whole house instant hot water recirculation pump. It worked in the kitchen and 2 other faucets but not in the most important place, being the shower and master bath. My calls to them resulted in them sending out different techs on two more occasions, but they did not fix the problem. The last two techs did not now why it did not work in the bath, saying that sometimes these things do not work properly.I wish to have this resolved, either by it being fixed or a refund of my money.Actually, I asked the receptionist by phone to have the owner call me but that never happened.Thanks and amen!

      The customer's invoice for the hot water recirculating system install was actually $445.  On both visits by our service technicians the system was indeed working; however, the customer has unrealistic expectations.  The hot water was reaching the shower & master bath within approximately 30 seconds, but the customer expects it with a few seconds.  The owner did attempt to reach **************, but the phone call was not answered.

      I am rejecting this response because:  My expectations are not out of line.  I had this system in my house in ***** and had instant hot water in the bathroom and shower.  So why do I have the instant hot water in the kitchen and not the bath?  And if the owner called, he did not leave any message or I would have responded.  I guess I am stuck with what I have.  Just as a further note, my son installed himself the exact same pump in his house in Calif. and it worked for him in all the faucets, including his bath upstairs.
