This investigation was prompted by per our investigation of Texoma Solar Solutions closing and becoming Sunset Solar & Electric Power, LLC which has concerns of not completing systems installed or not completing them correctly. On October 10th, 2023, BBB sent an email to Sunset Solar requesting additional information and documentation to prove there is not a connection between Texoma Solar Solutions and Sunset Solar & Electric Power LLC. As of December 14th, 2023, BBB has not received a response from Sunset Solar & Electric Power LLC.
