This company is has poor business ethics. I have never been to a dealership where a contract is agreed upon for one amount, a down payment is made, documents signed, we get the keys and drive off in the car, and the dealership calls, text and states the deal requires more of a down payment. Then upon all this harassing phone calls saying to drop off the car, they called the authorities on myself and my husband. We didn't steal anything, yet they threatened us saying they reported the car stolen. A towing service working for this dealership was making harassing phone calls and text, not caring about that ************* was caring for me letting them know I had COVID. I have emails and text messages showing how disrespectful and discriminatory these employees were being. No proving of necessary document so we could get the car registered. The car was financed, or else we wouldn't have been able to drive off in the car. Some defamation of character was said to my husband and myself. Calling him a liar, and calling me one. As so some other insulting things to my husband. My husband ************** and I still have yet to get back my down payment for the vehicle. This experience has been truly devastating.
