            Curt Richardson with CR Construction / Legacy Fence / Cdt Property Solutions LLC took a deposit of 3600 from me and did not complete the work. He is refusing to refund any of my money. All of his businesses has been started not too long ago. CDT Property solutions: OK Secretary of state filing XXXXXXXXXX on 4/20/2022 Legacy Fence: OK Secretary of state filing XXXXXXXXXX on 3/22/2022 He took a month to do 2 days worth of demo. We had to cut ties since the work was going way too slow for something that should take less than a week. Don't be fooled with the fancy company names. This is a one pony show. He shows up to work late and leaves early. 1-3 hours spent at your property when he does show up if even that. He has businesses under many different alias so I would be very careful dealing with this guy.

            I hired c r construction to fix a French drain for me. The French drain is not working properly. I tried to get him to come out and fix it. Showed him pictures of the water in my yard, only reply once asking if the pump was plug in. He also poured concrete for a patio. The concrete is chipping, rough not smooth and two tone color light and dark. I paid a lot of money for this, I am on a fix income. Poor business practice, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
