About

Important information

  • Additional Info:
Better Business Bureau of Eastern Oklahoma has received a significant number of complaints against Duckwacker Lanyards. The allegations contained in the complaints are consistent and therefore BBB conducted an investigation and discovered the following:

The business's website does not list an address, however, the business lists an address in Inola, OK on their Facebook page. BBB attempted to mail correspondence to this address, but it was returned. The returned label gave a new address, which, according to Zillow.com is a 3 bedroom private residence in Claremore, OK.

After contacting the Oklahoma Secretary of State's office, BBB verified Duckwacker Lanyards is not a registered entity. Furthermore, BBB was unable to verify the business was a registered entity with any other state.

BBB Files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning the below outlined issues:
    1) Orders were made via the business's website and were paid for, but not received.
    2) Consumers were unable to successfully communicate with the business in regards to their orders
    3) Some consumers received automatic emails with perfunctory statements that their order was delayed, but no reason or expected date of arrival was provided.
    4) Consumers that cancelled their orders were charged anyway and eventually received the merchandise months after the cancellation and request for refund.
BBB sent correspondence to this business on January 26th and February 1st, 2016, requesting that the business address these allegations and inform BBB of action that will be taken to eliminate future complaints of this nature. As of this date, the business failed to respond to BBB's attempts to communicate.
