            The business is ALL ABOUT OUTDOORS phone **************. This company put a fence up for my next door neighbor on September 15th 2023. What my complaint is they did not finish the job. They did not cut the post down level to the ground that is on my property and i cant weed eat without it breaking my string or i can't mow over them. All I want is for them to come out and cut the post level to the ground. Also I would like them to level up their concrete around the post. There are rocks and concrete that is loose and i cant weed eat or mow there. I have called oct.2 and a man answered and he said they would be out in a little bit to cut the post off. never showed up. called again when no show oct 2 no answer left message ---called oct 3 morning no answer left message-afternoon called no answer left message and sent pics to them--oct 4 morning call no answer and left message

            I would stay clear of this business The owner doesn’t honor his warranties. I have referred business his way as well as given him my business twice. First install went without a hitch. All my issue was with the second installation of sprinkler system. I had several problems within the first year. Warranty was for 2 years with parts & labor. The owner invoiced me for services that should’ve fallen under parts & labor warranty. Although he did cancel the invoice. My issue is with his workmanship and how he left the job unfinished! I ended up hiring another company to fix all unresolved issues. Owner knowingly created at least one issue while fixing another. However he got upset and walked off the job. There are just to many other good irrigation companies out there to deal with one unprofessional one. Lastly, I went to file a complain and realized this business isn’t even accredited and it was better to file a review. I left a review already on google. Thought I might as well post one here as well.
