    I purchased a refill jar of dry shampoo from this company on December 31, 2023. I received the confirmation email, which promised 4-6 business days for shipping. After a few days went by and I didn't get a shipment notification, I contacted the company on January 5, 2024, asking about my order status. I emailed again on January 9, 2024. On January 11th, 2024, I tried contacting them on Instagram. I emailed again on January 12th, 2024, requesting a refund. I've received no further emails regarding my order or any acknowledgement of the emails I sent. I never received the product or a refund. Their Instagram has not been updated since May 2021, which leads me to wonder if the business is defunct. I tried to file a complaint with Shopify on February 2, 2024, since I ordered it via Shop, but they claim there is already a complaint filed. I have not filed a complaint with them since every time I have tried to do so I have been told I have to wait at least 30 days after the order was placed.

    I ordered 4 jars of dry shampoo on Nov. 29, 2023. I have not received any of my order. I have emailed 4 times from my email address, as well as used the "contact us" option from the company website twice. I have not received any reply. The app that tracks the shipment also shows that it has not been delivered.

    I placed an online order on 12/8/2023. The order amount was a total of $79.97. I received an order confirmation email and then on 12/13/23 I received a shipping email with a tracking number. **** Tracking: **********************. The label was created but no updates were given in the tracking. I gave it a time for the item to be delivered due to the holidays and potential weather delays. It's now January 2024 and I haven't received the items. I searched their website for customer service and they do not have one listed. I sent a request for assistance to the email at ******************************** on 1/3/2023 and then another on 1/10/2024 with an assistance request for my order. To this day I have not received a response about the status of my order. I have checked spam folders on the chance it was routed there. At this point I am looking for a refund back to my card. I have attached a copy of my order placed with order number as well.
