    We took our 3 year old Craftsman riding mower to him. He charged $65.00 (non refundable) to diagnose the problem. He took the deck off and said it was the transmission and could not be fixed. He did not put the deck back on, said it was illegal for him to do so. We picked it up from him and took it to another repairman who took off the back cover (4 bolts) and discovered a belt that had come off. He put the belt back on and replaced the cover and the deck and the mower is running again. He also charged $60.00 which was well worth his time. Daves is a sham repair business.

    Before you took the equipment in for repair and you do agree to pay for the estimate fee and if you decline to repair the products ****'s tool will not assemble the product back. after 2 weeks of pickup your mower and yesterday you came in and asked for the couple washer and ****** pin with is on the mower deck when you pick up. You said that cost you $ ****** to purchase a new transmission so you decided not to repair it. Now you went home and report it to BBB. I believed this is a discrimination situation that you want to file a complain. Why did not you honestly and said something about it yesterday when you came in for the ****** pin and the washer or the day after you got your mower back and waited till 2 week later . Yesterday, you even shake my hand and said thank you with a smile?. You more than welcome to come back and get your $65.oo refund. I have been in a business for over 30 years and have not deal with any customer like you.
