    When my family and I arrived at These Are The Days cabin on Saturday, Nov 22, the tv in one of the bedrooms was not working. I called the property manager, REMOVED, and he told me it was on the wrong input. Long story short, the tv was broken and his fireplace technician brought us a new one when after he came to address the fireplaces that were not working. REMOVEDhad also told us how to fix the fireplaces, but the device needed to do so was not there on one and was broken on the other. This was confirmed by REMOVED, the fireplace technician. He advised us that the fireplaces had not been cleaned, as he reported that the property managers wanted to save money. The living room fireplace went out again on Sunday, Nov 23. I've attached the emails of the correspondence between the managers and I, but there was a phone call to me (after calling them multiple times with no response, with it either going straight to voicemail or me leaving a message), REMOVEDasked us to vacate by 11a.m. on Monday, Nov 24. We were to check.out onWednesday. I also attached some pictures of what other guests have said and pics of the broken hot tub cover. I attached the call log in my attempts to communicate to make things right. Given that I do not trust that she will refund me the two days, I am filing a formal complaint and requesting a refund for the two days we will not get to spend here.
