Please CONSIDER A DIFFERENT CABIN RENTAL COMPANY. Read the reviews first before booking here because there are multiple people who have had very similar experiences with the property management team (***** ******* is the individual who spoke with us via text). My family and I rented the Copper Spur cabin for 3 days (Friday- Monday). Friday and half of Saturday, the upstairs AC was not working, it was 78 degrees upstairs making basically half of the cabin unusable. Our Dad and Grandma tried to sleep in the rooms upstairs but had to make other sleeping arrangements on the first night. Maintenance came out at noon on Saturday, couldn't fix the upstairs AC unit, and provided window units for the upstairs rooms. I will say, the maintenance team did a WONDERFUL job trying to resolve the issue. The upstairs area did eventually cool down to a comfortable temperature for the remaining portion of our stay. But still, renting a cabin for over $2,700 with a broken AC unit is not a fair deal. After this, we decided a partial refund should be issued given the circumstances. We spoke with ***** *******, the owner of Broken Bow Cabin Lodging, and were treated and spoken to very disrespectfully. Based on our communications with *****, it seemed she had very little regard or remorse for the situation. An apology would have gone a long way. Any kindness or positivity from her would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, speaking with ***** soured our experience with Broken Bow Cabin Lodging even more. Despite our efforts to be patient and respectful throughout all of this, ***** did not reciprocate any of this. I even have a text message from her SHAMING US for the sleeping arrangements we had to make for our grandma. I am not obligated to provide anyone an explanation for the decisions that we made, and shaming someone for this was just AWFUL. Especially since those sleeping arrangement changes were necessary due to the pre-existing issues with the upstairs AC unit.

Shady business and business practices. Stayed in a cabin from 6/26 through 6/30. Temperatures were mid to high 90s, so we didn't spend much time outside the cabin. Did have lunch outside on 6/29 and turned the tv on on the deck. ** screen was physically broken and I notified the company that same day. Thirteen days later on 7/13 my credit card was chaged $240, no communication as to why. Took several emails to get an answer that I'm being charged for the ** I didn't break. The rationale being that an "outside crew" cofirmed the tv was fully functional prior to our check in so we must have broken it. Well we didn't break it, so perhaps this "outside crew" isnt so thorough or this "outside crew" is a wonderful scapegoat to squeeze extra money out of paying customers. And this cabin isnt located in *************, the outside of the cabin(tv, grill, satellite dish, hot tub) is accessible to anyone in the world. This tv could have easily been broken by a random person who went onto the property. Id highly recommend going with another company who won't s**** you over. If you do decide to go with this company, I'd recommend spending the beginning of your relaxing vacation inspecting the cabin with a fine tooth comb to find anything already broken and report it right away in hopes they wont charge you and cite their "outside crew".
