Company is giving me run around on a 350 dolllar refund for double charging my bank account. Been over 100 days waiting and was supposed to be only a 60 day waiting period. Keep getting run around about their accounts payable is behind schedule and they can't do anything.Business response

We got a quote from Arrow Exterminator for $300 for putting bait in our termite bait stations. Arrow demanded to come back out to do another examination, which was odd to me. The employee promised the same original quote and said he would Email later. What was also very strange was how incredibly rude he was at first. He would ask me a question and then get angry with how long it was taking to answer him. Which was 2 seconds after I would start talking. Later that day I received the email which had increased the quote to $450! I contacted a customer service employee who was you guessed it, incredibly rude. She basically thought I was dumb and said that it was too bad, and that I would have to pay the $450. Even though the employee that had came to my house promised to keep the original quote as is. She didn't care one bit about what I was promised. I also have cameras in my home that recorded the whole exchange. This isn't the first time that we've had issues with Arrow Exterminator telling us one price, but then charging us another. It's also not the first time running into rude employees. I really don't like using the Veteran card, but I'm sick and tired of these crooked businesses who would screw their own mother over to get what they want. How about next time we have a war we hand them a vest and a rifle and tell them to go risk their lives for a bunch of people that's going to treat them like garbage anyways. I always come back to businesses that value honesty, and treat customers with respect. You'd actually earn more $$ In the long run doing business that way.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/11) */ In April 2021 we were scheduled out to quote a reactivation on the Sentricon System for termite control. A quote was given of $450.00 the first year with a renewal option of $300.00. We were called in May of 2022 in regards to our quote last year. Due to the damage termites can cause, we want to reinspect a property after a year to see if additional treatment is necessary. We were scheduled out to inspect and a quote was given. Both of these inspections were done at zero cost to the customer. Please find attached copies of the agreements that were provided. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/05/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The fact is that your employee promised that the price we were given the first time would not change whatsoever, and we have definitive proof of this. Including video and witness testimony. Plain and simple. HE LIED. If this were in a court of law we'd win. This actually comes directly from an attorney. We didn't hire one, it was a family member that I presented the evidence to. It's a real shame that you guys do business this way. You don't make promises that you don't intend to keep. Have used Arrow Exterminators for several years to protect my house. April they inspected stations and found no evidence of activity. Go to sell my house and inspector found activity. Called Arrow to have them provide ODAFF-2 and to spot treat. Had to pay $300 to renew and they spot treated but then said they can't provide the necessary form. Would have to have a whole house treatment. So now after paying $300 I have to pay another $1200 even though we have had your service?? Both ****** and the tech ************ said they would provide the ODAFF-2.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/06/04) */ ************************************************************************************************************** We treated and installed a baiting system for the ***** in October 2019. The annual renewal was due in October 2020. It was not paid until May 21 2021. Once paid and the warranty reinstated, A localized treatment was preformed and a clear ODAFF-1 was issued. Arrow did not, nor could issue a ODAFF-2 as they are no longer recognized by the State. Arrow has met all of our obligations and that of the Department Of Agriculture's. I do not understand why you would be required to have another treatment when you have a clear ODAFF report? All ODAFF requirements have been met.
