1. My back fence was installed in 2 separate sections that are not inline with each other. The company never contacted me to find out if that is how it was supposed to be. I was told by AAA Fence Company's owner, **** ******, that he does not locate the property pins and only places fence based on where his contact tells him to place it. Mr. ****** said that he does not contact all property owners about the fence to be installed even if they will be paying for part of the fence replacement costs. The contact, ********* ******* (neighbor), from whom he took orders from is not my legal representative nor did she have any legal grounds to dictate how the fence should be placed. I DID NOT receive a bid or other information with the specific details regarding how the fence would be placed prior to it being installed. I contacted AAA Fence Company / **** ****** multiple times and left multiple messages. When I was finally able to reach Mr. ******, AAA Fence Company's owner, I was told he would not move any posts or replace any of the fence. He told me I should have contacted him directly about how the fence was to be placed. Mr. ****** said that was not his responsibility to contact me about the fence installation. Mr. ****** said he would come to look at it the issue. I explained that I wanted a detailed description of what he would propose to help fix the issue cosmetically. I demanded that I approve it before anything more was done. He made his "cosmetic" fix without my consent and without my knowledge of what he planned to do. The fence installation service was substandard and I was treated rudely when I demanded it be fixed. To date, I have not received a statement / bill or any other communication from AAA Fence Company / **** ******; therefore, I have not paid anything for the flawed attempt of fence installation. I do not want my neighbors to billed any additional amount for the fence installation. IF the fence is replaced correctly, I will pay $1500.
