    On 12/31/2024 I went into the business and ordered a bannner for my sons graduation from ********* basic training. The banner was supposed to be complete by 1/20/2025. The owner (wife) wrote my order on a sticky note. I paid $150 cash. She stated that she would send me the banner design for approval. I I called them and they said they would call me back. My Sons graduation came and went. I have tried to resolve this with them. Their voice message said to email them. I have done that. I have stopped by their store and they are not there during business hours. I have stopped by multiple times and seem to always miss them. I sat outside of their business for 2 hours yesterday hoping to interact with them ln person, with no luck. Their voice mail now says to leave a message. I did that yesterday. They took my $150 and are actively avoiding me. I have called them multiple times. The times they answered the phone, it was a man. He stated his wife would call me back. This happened several times. The last time I was able to reach someone by phone was a couple of weeks ago. When he answered the phone he said, Hi, ***. Can I call you back? I am in an ultrasound with my wife. No one has ever returned my calls or email. When I ordered my banner. They said they were ex-Airforce and supported military. They took my money and have actively avoided me. I understand that ordered get lost, pushed back, set aside.I will never have the opportunity to attend my sons Air Force Graduation again. It obviously didnt ruin the day but I went to a lot of effort to make it special for our family. I am a 100% disabled combat veteran. I wanted my son to know how proud we are. We wanted to make a big deal out of his commitment. BA *********************************************** were going to be part of that. It happens. I just want my money back. Thank you.

    The owner, **, and I have been in communication. I asked for copies of any type of date stamped communication that would indicate he had attempted to reach me after December 31st, 2024. I told him if he could produce, date stamped, information of any attempt to reach out to me that I would write it off as my fault. He did not produce any documentation but stated that, since the event had already passed, he would just refund my money. I met with him today. He had me sign for a refund and then refunded my $150, in cash. He gave me a $100, two $20, and two $5.
