  Howaco.com has accumulated numerous inquiries, negative reviews, and scam tracker reports in recent weeks, with consumers alleging that their ordered items failed to arrive.
  Howaco appears to be a legitimate website with a privacy policy and terms & conditions. Consumers have reported the business does not deliver any of the purchased products and cannot be contacted. BBB has attempted to contact the business, but the phone number listed is disconnected and the address provided is a private residential home. One consumer did get an email response from the business, assuring that a refund would be immediately given, yet the consumer did not ever receive the refund and all subsequent responses from the business have ceased.
  The website sells home apparel, clothing, and accessories. Each item for sale on the website lists a description and product number, upon reverse searching images, product numbers, and descriptions, it appears that many of the items for sale are offered through other large retail establishments and contain the exact photos and item description. According to records, the website was created in October of 2018.
  BBB is actively investigating this company and urges any consumer that has had a negative experience to submit a customer complaint or review.
