    To Whom It May Concern,

    I am writing to formally dispute the withholding of my deposit following my recent stay at your property. My stay was marred by unacceptable conditions and unprofessional conduct, and I believe the decision to keep my deposit is unjustified.

    During my stay, the room was infested with roaches, which posed a health and hygiene concern. Despite this, I remained in the room without requesting a refund. Additionally, before my checkout time, the manager entered my room without my permission or prior notice. I had not answered the door or given consent for anyone to enter. This is a clear violation of my privacy and may also breach legal tenant rights.

    Now, I am being told that my deposit is being withheld due to “three drops of blood on the bed.” I was not bleeding, nor was anyone else present. I was not allowed to re-enter the room to inspect this alleged damage or verify any claims being made.

    hello,

    sorry for the delay, when the customer checked in they sign a paper saying the customer is liable for any damages to the room you have 15 minutes within check in time to let the front desk know if you have any issues with the room, 

    upon talking to the front desk there was no complaint filed upon check in.

    The head housekeeper found fresh blood stains on the sheets after checking the room which was the reason to charge $60 because the laundry attendant tried to treat the stains but they were still there and had to trash the sheets.

    called the pest control to check the room for roaches they did not find any upon checking.
