Specifically, consumers allege they ordered and paid for merchandise which they never received. The consumers have great difficulty reaching the company to cancel the contract, or request a refund. Some consumers indicate numerous phone calls and/or emails are sent for assistance, but the company fails to respond. Other consumers allege refunds are denied even when merchandise has not been delivered.

    On August 12, 2011 BBB sent certified return receipt email to Just Primitive requesting their voluntary cooperation in resolving complaints on file with BBB and providing steps it will implement to eliminate the underlying cause of customer complaints. On October 6, 2011 BBB received a reply from Just Primitive responding to their previously unanswered complaints. They also indicated their policies are available on their website.
