      I specifically asked for new trim around the outside of new windows yet the install crew put the old worn ugly L channels right back on, very disappointing

      ***** was so friendly! He cleaned up everything perfectly and did a great job on the install. He also took the time to show me how to remove and install the screens.

      Terrible installation process!!!! 2 man Crew Only!!! Window's & Sliding Doors didn't Fit Correctly!!!!! Large Gap Above All items had approx 2+ inches of Gap. . Installer Removed Above Wood Framing that was Never Torn Out in 2 Prior Windows installation by Wallside Windows. Their Windows Fitted as Measured.

      The entire process from the consultation to the installation was seamless. ***** ***** my window expert was knowledgeable and very pleasant answering all my questions, Raja is courteous, helpful and friendly whenever I had questions, lastly ****** and ****** my installer arrived on time and were professional, efficient and really nice.
