Booked Bigtime Movers via Moving help with U-Haul. The absolute worst experience I've ever had! Very unprofessional, rude, showed up late and don't care about your things. They broke both of my tables. took off doors/hinges and left them off. took apart furniture and left screws laying around. No communication. I gave them things to cover my furniture which they didn't use! I was assured my mattress would not touch the ground, they did and were ripped. they put trash and empty boxes on the truck. it was very obvious they didn't really know how to pack a truck as there were lots of visible holes, room, places to put things. When confronted with how I needed things on the truck, Men were defensive, rude & still didn't listen. I offered them water and they wouldn't even talk to me. I paid them to do a job, that they didn't do well or correctly. My furniture is ***** made and very heavy. They did ALOT of damage to a lot of my furniture. These are things that are not replaceable. I bought covers specifically for front loading washer/dryer and they still manage to damage the door even though they were put on truck last. I would never recommend these men to anyone as clearly they were there to get paid and didn't care how the job got done or what was damaged. I understand its to be expected things happen but not this much. If I could attach photo's I have at least 30 of the damage they did plus 2 broke tables, a lamp and computer desk that all had to be tossed in the trash. Do your research people, I did read reviews which were good. but this company if that's what they are, are not insured at all. I'm surprised a company as U-Haul vets someone like Bigtime Movers w/o fully doing their homework!
