      Have never received a bill for services for a year and a half. Just an occasional text message that has a dollar amount. Nothing itemized or explanation of services. Hence, I dont know what Im paying for and cannot compare to insurance information. Also, this business will not return phones call so much that they tell you they will not return your call to discuss. I have spoken to the office manager one time and she assure me that I will start receiving paper bills (since my therapist told that that is standard practice. That was in February. Still waiting. When he looked into the situation he noticed the office had no contact information for me. This is alarming as I filled necessary medical paperwork. Where is said paperwork and how do I know my hippa rights have not been exposed? Regardless, I have trouble paying bills that have no explanation of charges. 5 phone calls with no return call.

      I'm good. But my name is not ******. My name is *******. I received my first bill on Monday. I have no record of screen shot. I'm attaching the screen shot from therapist where they hand written my my contact information. So, what they are saying is a lie. 

      But I'm over it because they finally sent me a bill.
