  A few years ago pebblestone came to do our garage shortly after the Little Rocks were coming up and the flooring was a mess.. we called and they charged us to do it again.. now its less than a year later and the pebbles are a mess.. coming in the house on our shoes and bare feet.. do not use them!

  We had ********** floor done in August 2022 (contract date July 2022) There was a problem with our original install date as there was an internal miscommunication so they had to reschedule. I asked for something to compensate my time and I was told I could get a free seal that had to be used within two years. Ive called around ten times between feb and march and havent gotten a call back. Now when I call there is a busy signal. I asked **** for something in writing so she sent me an email stating I will receive the first seal free. As of now the email is worthless since I cant talk to anyone.

  Make sure the contract contains all verbal promises. We added an extension to our lanai. The old lanai had old pepplestone (not this company's) and I knew we couldn't match it exactly. But the salesperson said they would try. He talked of mixing two colors which I agreed to, Unfortunatey the contract had one color and it is so so so very different and it looks terrible. Especially, since the old edge was jagged. They didn't even "square" it off. I had them back and sent pictures. They came and looked at it (and "fixed" another problem, more on that below) and said they would come back and at least straighten it out. But never heard again.Other problem fixed - couldn't open screen door since the ******* were too thick. They actually had to cut the aluminum door. My husband provided a tool as the tool they were going to use would have left the door looking very jagged.The product itself is very nice. Too bad it looks so terrible.

  Do NOT use this business! We used them for resurfacing of our lanai floor on ************. There have been quality issues since one week after the installation. Very long story but they do not stand behind their work. My lanai floor looks a puzzle with different shades. This has NOTHING to do with the ******* sun, as problems with color variation and loose stones happened immediately. I called the headquarters in Youngstown, OH several times and the owner never returned my calls! Again, do NOT use this business. I was going to add pics to this review but cant find a way to do it. I have posted the same review, with pics, on Yelp!$9,000 later..and I am going to have to resurface the whole floor!I would give this business "no stars", but "1 star" is the lowest possible.

  I am totally in love with my new driveway, garage, and walkway that were pebblestoned. I found **** a wonderfully patient and accommodating person to deal with. I can also speak on Doms (owner) interactions with me as a good listener and ready to make the customer happy. Easy to work with company.

  Total waste of money!Job (1 1/2 years old) was done in two sections resulting in a hump between porch and ramp. Main reason we wanted resurface.Cracks showed up at spaces between sections of the concrete sidewalk. It took weeks to even get a response by phone-then more to get serviced. We paid several hundred dollars to get the job resealed in July. This was supposed to be anti skid. Wife slipped and fell in September injuring her back and knee.In phone conversations by both my wife and me, I feel that it is their operating process to **** customers to their boiling point so they can have a reason to cease communication.

  NOT a viable option for outside! Fades noticeably in one year and eventually comes loose. Needs re-coating annually costing some hundreds of dollars each time.

  You called in for a price on a DIY kit a few days ago, said you would call us back. Then post a 1 star rating for your floor that has not been sealed since the original installation in 2020. This does not seem fair at all.

  Pebblestone was applied over our concrete patio 6/16/2020 and I was so pleased. I complained of loose stones and bleaching after one year - they added some ************* 9/29/21. As of today, only 3 years old, the patio is bleached out (I was told from the sun - well yes, it is outside) and the stones are coming loose (you cant walk on it barefoot, stones come into the house on our shoes), and the edges are breaking off. I called in the fall of 2022 to complain and they said to call in April. It took 3 months for someone to call to which I was told by contract (which I was never given) THEY have to treat it EVERY YEAR at a cost of $130! I was NEVER TOLD THIS. I was originally told by *********** it could be treated in about 3 years with ******** Water Sealer. The layer of stones are about 1/4 thick, not the 1/2 to 2 mentioned in the brochure. Please seek other options - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on an inadequate product and POOR service - oh, and dont forget a yearly payment (because if not treated BY THEM in 12 months (my first treatment was in 15 months), the Pebblestone IS going to break loose. If THEY CARED, they would have inspected it and offered a new layer of stone with the proper amount of epoxy that lasts longer than a year.

  Hi. We were actually there yesterday. You posted this review after you scheduled your appointment with us. We have a few comments about your review. 1. No one has said a thing about $130. It is your responsibility to clean and make sure your floor is sealed with the proper epoxy sealant. It is stated that there is maintenance for these floor, also on your contract. That has been signed by you and is on file. 2. Your floor is in direct sunlight. We explained this to you not only on the phone but also in person. Making sure your floor is sealed is your responsibility. You paid good money for your floor, you should be taking care of it. 3. Not once did anyone tell you that if you did not "treat" your floor by us within 12 months for a yearly payment your floor would "break loose" as stated in your contract it is recommended to seal every 2 years. Once again, your responsibility. 4. Your floor is now touched up and sealed. There was a charge, because it is your responsibility to maintain your floor. We will not be replacing your floor as there is no reason to. We are striving to help everyone. We understand that a lot of folks skipped maintenance due to the pandemic a few years ago and are paying catch up with the amount of calls and are making every attempt to move forward, but not everything is our fault. It is the customers responsibility to clean and seal their floors, not the company's. We offer seals as a convenience. Stating mistruths to damage a company is on another level.
