    Thanks to Jarrod and Mike for the excellent work of fixing our down spout and inspecting our whole roof, recently. Van Martin replaced our siding and roof back in 2020 when we had the tornado outbreak and did a great job! Thank you!

    Had a leak in the garage due to ice and snow damage. VanMartin technicians did a thorough inspection and an excellent repair. The technicians addressed all concerns and were very professional.

    I am the Facility Manger of a company in the Dayton area and I highly recommend these guys for your roofing needs. They have always responded quickly to our calls and made repairs in a timely manner. They do a fantastic job and are very reasonable.

    The two technicians who came out (Mike and Jerod) were outstanding. They were very professional and went above and beyond. They came in, determined where the leak was and fixed it quickly and efficiently then cleaned up everything after they finished. I would definitely recommend their service and will be a returning customer.

    A fantastic company to work with that was transparent about their products and pricing. Professional and clean installation and the crew was not afraid to ask questions to make sure the details of the contract were followed to my satisfaction. The stone coated metal roof was a cool product in its own right and complimented my needs as a homeowner but I selected Van Martin Roofing to handle the roofing project was because they found an economical way to address the insulation issue. The insulation itself was nothing special but was difficult to install in our bungalow style home. Once they were finished it made a vast difference. We have a space heater in our upstairs bedroom that would effectively run all night and not hit our set temperature of 63 degrees. The first night with the insulation and roof installed, we hit the set temperature at bedtime and I found myself hot under my usual pile of blankets. I can’t wait to feel the difference this summer!

    Van Martin did a superb job on my roof. They went above and beyond what they had to do. The roof looks fantastic. Van Martin was easy to work with and came out initially in the rain to look at my roof . I would highly recommend Van Martin for all of your roofing needs!

    A quiet gem with wide-ranging expertise! From 2019-2022 Van Martin Roofing has tackled 2 very complex roofing/skylights/gutter project for us: 1-Replacing a bank of five custom sloping sunroom windows with an integrated bank of 5 Velux skylights ( special note ...2 previous reputable local roofing companies had tried and failed miserably resulting in major leaks) 2-Complete replacement of a 12 x 12 pitch multi-gabled shingle roof, gutters, and 12 skylights. Dustin, the sales rep, had extensive roofing experience and was able with on-site photos to quickly identify and offer solutions for multiple problem areas. Workers followed up well fixing issues and working efficiently. The project manager was on-site and we met daily to discuss and allow input on previous and current day's work. Also very much appreciated was access to their webcam with several hundred before, during and after pictures. The pictures provide great peace of mind ") Thank you Van Martin Roofing for the pride you take in a job well done!
