My grandfather (a blind retired vet) with Two Walking Canes was transported home (who lives on a very active street) from a daycare facility by this company. I pulled up to the property just as the driver was lowering the rear gate for my grandfather to exit. The driver was scrolling on his cell phone with one hand an earbud in his ear while the other hand was on the lift as he locked the lift in place. I watched my mother literally beg and plea with the driver to help her tall 87 year old unstable father out of the van! Due to the way the *****care van was parked I couldn't pull into a double driveway & had to stop traffic- I witnessed the whole encounter from five feet away. I called the phone number on the van to report the driver and to get the corporate office contact info only to speak with "Rod" who acted like I was disturbing is lunch. I'm beyond upset and would advise any and everyone to never send your loved one with this company. I'd advise other businesses to not contract with this company. I'm a CDL holder who has transported passengers. Safe and reliable needs to be removed from their mission statement, as well as the caring, courteous, & friendly statement, its a bunch of bull...
