No refunds or exchanges for custom wreaths.
Once non-refundable deposit or full payment of the specified amount is received along with signed contract and or rental agreement, the event date is booked. Deposit goes towards full balance. Full payment is due 30 days before the event date. No refunds for events cancelled within 29 days of the event date. For events cancelled within 31 days of the event date a refund of all additional payments received after the initial Non-Refundable deposit was received will be returned within 7 business days. Payments received after the due date are subject to a per day late fee of $10.00 for up to 5 days after the due date. If payment is not received including late fees after 5 days late the contract is voided, the event date is cancelled, and no refunds are provided.
For rental decor for other venues, with your permission we will work with your venue for the appropriate measurements, decor placement, delivery, setup, and takedown times. We will also meet you at your venue for a walkthrough before final payment if needed. A Vivid Imagination only provides delivery, setup, and takedown of rented decor from us when rented for other venues. You or your venue will be responsible for the setup and takedown of the items identified in your venues' rental agreement which may include but is not limited to tables, chairs, easels etc... For reservations at A Vivid Imagination Event Center all rented decor from us will be setup by us which includes tables and chairs. For all reservations; an in person color match meeting is required. Prices are subject to change. Client agrees to pay for replacement of any item deemed by A Vivid Imagination to be lost or destroyed at A Vivid Imaginations' billed cost + 10%
